I spent a long time following Rayann on Instagram, watching her talk about and perform different treatments before I was ready to book. Upon meeting her for the first consultation, she exceeded all my expectations. She was friendly and warm, took the time to get to know me and what I wanted from my treatment and made me feel very at ease. The treatment itself was done with such professionalism. I have a bit of a fear of needles which we discussed prior and Rayann couldn't have handled it better. I am incredibly happy with the results and would honestly recommend her to everyone! Having never had any treatment previously I was a bit apprehensive. Rayann welcomed me into her beautiful air conditioned clinic room and I immediately felt at ease. It is obvious that Rayann loves what she does. She is so professional, knowledgeable and confident. A really lovely lady. Exceptional is the only word to describe Ryann, she is warm, professional, and highly knowledgeable, she takes her time, listens, and is always extremely thorough. She always carefully assess facial movements, and will only ever do treatment if it is the best decision, not just put the toxin / filler in because I am paying for it, her attention to detail immediately gave me confidence and I knew Ryann was the person for me. Her clinic is just beautiful, calm and relaxing, all information, appointment booking is extremely professional. I 100% recommend Ryann to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Rayann was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough.
